Payne Temple AME Zion Church was founded over 50 years ago in Mt Olive, NC. The early congregation sought out place that they could worship in freedom and truth. Over the years, even though the leadership may have changed, the core goal of the church has remained the same. That one and only goal is to confidently lead others to Christ by being a positive impact in our community.
